Soltas En'Shjarbi

About Us

"I'm the eldest. This should not even be a question."

Soltas is an energy vampire, sensitive to the emotions and energy of those around him in ways that most cannot
understand. He feels everything—the tension in a room, the shift in a conversation, the danger before it arrives. It
makes him an exceptional scout, a talented strategist, and utterly exhausting to be around people who don’t
understand what it’s like to feel everything.

The Son of a Baal. The Scoutmaster. The One No One Sees.

He is the son of a Baal—a Duke, in the hierarchy of Sheol’gotha—but without his father’s willingness to lend him legitimacy, Soltas is stuck in a strange limbo. He is not quite noble. Not quite common. Not quite anything.
And he has no idea what he’ll be when his father is At this age, Soltas is quiet. A bit pouty. And deeply, profoundly stressed.

He is the eldest son of Baal En’shjarbi, one of the most powerful noble houses in the realm. By all rights, by every
tradition and law, Soltas should inherit everything. The title. The estate. The power. The legitimacy.
But his father hates him.

And in Nazrin, that changes everything.dead.

He should be the heir. He is the eldest. This should not even be a question. But his father has made it very clear:
Soltas will never inherit. He will never get any of it. And that knowledge—that bitter, unfair reality—has Soltas
wound tighter than a spring.

Who is Soltas En'shjarbi

The Overlooked Heir

Soltas En’shjarbi is tall and lean, built like a swimmer, with smooth blue skin that seems to shimmer faintly in
certain light. His horns are sleek, swept back across his hair in a way that speaks of careful grooming and attention to detail. He carries himself with a quiet dignity, though there’s something… tense about him. Something coiled.

To most people in the court, Soltas comes across as stuck-up, standoffish, and annoying.
He doesn’t engage in the loud, gregarious politicking that defines Nazrin’s nobles. He doesn’t charm or flatter or
play the game the way others do. He keeps to himself. He’s quiet. He’s… difficult.

But the truth is simpler, and sadder: Soltas is just introverted and stressed the fuck out.

He’s not arrogant. He’s overwhelmed. He’s not cold. He’s protecting himself. And he’s trying desperately to figure
out how to survive in a world where his own father has decided he’s worthless.

Most people don’t see that. They just see a noble’s son who thinks he’s too good for them. And so they dismiss
him.

As an energy vampire, Soltas feeds off the emotions of those around him. He can sense shifts in mood, read
intent, and draw energy from the people in his vicinity. In combat, he can forcibly rip energy from an opponent,
weakening them, draining them, leaving them vulnerable.

But there is a cost. Energy vampires must offset the energy they take by spending it, burning it off, using it. If they don’t, if they hold too much for too long, they can literally explode.

It is a dangerous, delicate balance. And Soltas has learned to walk that line with precision.
But his real talent lies elsewhere: scouting and reconnaissance.

Soltas is a talented scoutmaster, able to move ahead of the main army, assess terrain and threats, and make
good decisions in the field. He sees patterns others miss. He anticipates danger before it arrives. He is careful,
methodical, and—when given the space to work—exceptionally effective.
The problem is that most people don’t see his value. They see a noble’s son playing at being useful. They don’t
see the skill, the discipline, the quiet competence that makes Soltas one of the best scouts in the realm.

Where YOu Fit

What Drives Soltas En'Shjarbi?

Soltas wants two things, and they are both maddeningly out of reach.

First: He wants to inherit. He wants his birthright. He wants the title of Baal, the legitimacy, the security of knowing that when his father is gone, Soltas will have something. He is the eldest. This should not be a question. But it is.

And that eats at him every single day.

Second: He wants his father’s approval. As much as he hates to admit it, as much as it galls him, he still wants
his father to see him, to acknowledge him, to say that Soltas is worth something. It is a wound that will not heal.
And it shapes everything he does.

Beyond that, Soltas has always had luxury. Fine clothes, quality materials, beautiful things. He is sensitive to
energy, to texture, to the feel of the world around him, and luxury soothes that sensitivity. It is not vanity. It is
survival. And when you have always had it, it is very, very hard to be without it.

Where Do You Stand?

Soltas En’shjarbi is the overlooked heir, the talented scout no one takes seriously, the stressed blueberry trying to
survive in a court that has decided he doesn’t matter.

If you were in Sheol’gotha, where would you be?

– Someone who dismisses Soltas as just another useless noble’s son?
– A scout or soldier who has seen his skill in the field and respects what he can do?
– A noble who understands the impossible position he’s in and sympathizes—or exploits it?
– Someone who sees the potential in Soltas and wonders what he’ll become if he ever gets the chance?

This is Soltas En’shjarbi. The son of a Baal. The scoutmaster. The one no one sees.
And he is so much more than they think.

The Prince epoch is a story of survival. And Soltas En’shjarbi is fighting for his.
